Hannover Messe er verdens ledende messe for teknologi som kombinerer ledende internasjonale messen (Industri, MDA, Energi, Digital Factory, Comvac, Industri utstyr und Research & Technology) under ett tak. Så messetilbud et unikt tema og produktspekter og reflekterer med temaene disse ledende messer, overlapper hverandre spesielt, hele industrielle verdikjeden alt fra enkeltkomponenter til intelligent fabrikken.

Messen er åpen for både handel besøkende og til allmennheten og holdes en gang i året på messesenteret i Hannover. Virkelig har sin opprinnelse i den Export Fair Hanover, som fant sted først i 1947 og med med grunnlaget for etableringen av Hannover messe Square på internasjonalt nivå ble lagt.
